Mario and Monika are thrilled to begin their next chapter as the Owners and Directors of Eagle’s Landing Day Camp. Together, they are committed to building on the traditions, relationships, and pivotal moments that have made Eagle’s Landing Day Camp a summer home for generations of campers and staff.
Mario has spent much of his career at the intersection of camp, youth development, education, and business. His camp experience spans the country, including leadership roles at camps in California, New York, Texas, Michigan, and New Jersey. Most recently, he co-founded and directed Mountain Camp Marin in Northern California. Mario previously worked as a management consultant at Bain & Company and as a strategic analyst for the National Football League. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania and earned both an MBA and a Master’s in Education from Stanford University.
Monika is a Manager at KPMG based in their New York City office as part of the Strategy Operations team, where her work focuses on people and organizational strategy. She received her undergraduate degree from Rutgers University and her MBA from Stanford University. Monika is excited to bring her experience working with people, teams, and organizations to Eagle’s Landing! She will support the camp behind the scenes, lending her expertise to administrative and organizational needs while also enjoying time getting to know our camp families and campers while onsite throughout the summer.
Mario and Monika welcomed their daughter, Isa Karolina Del Cueto, on September 7, 2026. They couldn’t be happier to have her grow up as part of the Eagle’s Landing family.
For Mario and Monika, Eagle’s Landing is a family much more than a business. They believe deeply in the positive impact an invested adult can make on a child’s life, and are excited to continue the tradition of life-changing experiences at ELDC. They look forward to getting to know every corner of the Eagle’s Landing community and are always eager to connect with camp families and members of the broader community.

Katia is entering her fourth summer at Eagle’s Landing and her second as Assistant Director. She works closely with both campers and staff to create the best possible camper experience, and she also oversees camp operations and our event company. Katia brings a strong business and research background, along with a ton of creative programming ideas, to our team.
Before joining Eagle’s Landing, Katia worked at two other camps, one day camp and one overnight camp. She holds an Honors degree in Business Management from St. Francis Xavier University in Canada and recently completed her Master’s in Applied Health Services Research. Her research focused on resource accessibility and how the different levels of a person’s environment affect their mental and physical health.
When she’s not at camp, Katia teaches competitive dance across the state and performs with a dance company in New York and Philadelphia. She also volunteers on multiple American Camp Association committees, helping to serve the wider camp community.

Justin was previously the Division Leader for 3rd and 4th grade boys, but now he has stepped into a new position as our Leadership Coordinator. His role is partially outdoors, where he works with new main staff, helps train staff before and throughout the summer, and supports the integration of the inclusion program. Justin also works in the camp office assisting with the elective program and creating new hot day and rainy day schedules. Justin previously taught Special Education English at Newark High School and is now the Technology Coordinator for the High School. He lives locally with his wife and two sons, who are current ELDC campers.

Sara is very excited to be back as the Boys Kiddie Kingdom Division Leader! Sara has been with our camp family for over 25 years. She has 4 children and works at a local preschool as a teacher. She is known for her calm demeanor and her problem solving skills. Sara always finds the best parts in every one of her campers. Her staff come back year after year to work with her due to her kindness and empathy.

Julia seems like she has been at camp forever! Julia has been a Counselor in Kiddie Kingdom since she started working here at ELDC, and the Assistant Division Leader for the past 2 summers. Julia has the best smile that you can see all over camp. The 3’s, 4’s and 5’s follow her like she is a pied piper. Julia has always wanted to be a teacher as far back as we can remember and she has stayed the course. She currently teaches in Montgomery Township and is finishing up her Master’s in Special Education. Julia comes with lots of experience to be the new Division Leader for Girls Kiddie Kingdom.

Shari cannot wait to be returning as the 1st and 2nd Grade Boys Division Leader for her 13th summer at camp! During the school year, she works on the Child Study Team in the Carteret Public Schools as a Learning Disabilities Teacher Consultant (LDT-C) identifying students with special needs, placing students in appropriate settings, and helping teachers make appropriate modifications for their students! She has two amazing girls, one who is a staff member and one who is a camper. She is super excited for this Summer!

Avery has been part of the Eagle’s Landing family for eight years, and she’s worked just about everywhere at camp. She started as a Swim Instructor, then served as a one-on-one Counselor in our Camper Success program and as an Assistant Division Leader. This summer, she returns again as the Division Leader for our 1st and 2nd grade girls!
Avery grew up in North Brunswick and graduated from Rowan University with a double major in Childhood Education & Psychology. You’ll usually find her running through camp with the kids or starting a dance party. Avery loves working with kids, and it shows!

Evan is excited to be returning to Eagle’s Landing for his second summer! Evan teaches 3rd grade in South Brunswick during the school year, so the position of 3/4 boys Division Leader is a perfect fit. When Evan is not teaching, he loves to work out, root for the NY Yankees, and learn more about cars. Evan lives locally and loves spending time with family and friends.

Krissy is excited to be back as the Division Leader for 3rd and 4th grade girls!! She has been a nanny for a local family for over 10 years and now is teaching in NJ. Krissy is an amazing problem solver and works so well with our younger campers. She has also had opportunities to work with our special needs population. She was formerly the Division Leader for 1st and 2nd grade girls and is excited to try a new age group and move up with her campers and staff.

Todd is returning to camp for his 16th summer as a Division Leader. Eagle’s Landing is excited to have Todd back supervising the 5th and 6th grade boys, which he has been doing for over 10 summers! Todd teaches middle school in Metuchen during the school year. He is easy going and adaptable to all personalities. Joining him at camp this summer are his two daughters.

Sydney will be working in the school system as a speech therapist. Sydney has been at camp in many different staff positions. After being a Counselor, she worked with our inclusion campers as a shadow and most recently as an Assistant Division Leader. Sydney graduated from UMASS and plans to continue on to graduate school as she interns with different school districts. Sydney is always outside with her campers and staff having just as much fun as the campers do.

Mike is excited to be returning to be the 7th and 8th grade boys Division Leader for his 4th summer! He has been a teacher at Quarry Hill Elementary School in Yardley, PA for the past 2 years after spending 20 years prior in the much less fun world of corporate, where painting his hair orange or wearing a tutu would have been frowned upon. Mike is a father of 4 girls, all of whom are Eagle’s Landing campers. He and his family live in Yardley, PA, where they bleed Eagles green, as mandated by the state.

Jeanine is very excited to return for her 6th summer as the Division Leader for 7th and 8th grade girls! She has worked as a teacher in the South Brunswick School District for the past 23 years. She is a general education teacher and has worked with both regular and special ed students. Jeanine has taught 4th and 5th grade and now teaches 3rd. She is the proud mom of 4 children, all of whom also call Eagle’s Landing their summer home.

Morgan has worked at Eagle’s Landing as a Counselor, Shadow, Assistant Division Leader and now he is the new Division Leader for our LIT/CIT program. Morgan went to school planning to be a Doctor, but after spending so much time with kids he changed his major to Education. Morgan worked in the South Brunswick school system and now is in East Brunswick teaching Biology. Morgan is a true fan favorite with staff and campers, and he is already busy working on new activities to work and train our future leaders at camp. Morgan currently lives in South Brunswick and loves hanging out with family and his dog, Cash.
